Thank you for shopping with BASIIC. We appreciate your business and aim for your complete satisfaction. In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please find our return policy outlined below:
1. Return Eligibility:
We offer exchanges or credit notes for eligible items within 10 days of the purchase date. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- Before sending back your item, you must email us at info@basiic.com.au with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request" followed by your order number.
- In the body of your email, please provide a brief reason for the exchange, the item(s) you wish to return, and, if applicable, the desired item(s) for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days to provide approval or further instructions.
3. Conditions for Returns:
BASIIC Returns & Garment Care Policy
At BASIIC, we take pride in the quality and fabrics used in all of our garments. Each piece is carefully designed and quality checked before being sent to our customers.
Please note the following:
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for garments that have been worn, washed, perfumed, stained, or damaged, including marks caused by sweat, deodorant, makeup, or body oils.
- Sweat and body marks are considered wear, not a fault in the garment.
- All garments are quality checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for an exchange (if applicable).
- Any garment returned with marks, stains, smells, or signs of wear will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We appreciate your understanding that BASIIC is not responsible for damage caused after the garment has been worn.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
- Items must be sent back via a trackable method. BASIIC is not responsible for lost or misdirected return shipments.
- In the case of an exchange, once we have received and verified the condition of the returned item, BASIIC will ship out the new item at our cost.
5. Credit Notes:
- If you opt for a credit note instead of an exchange, it will be sent to you via email once we've received and inspected the returned item.
- Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for any item on our website, subject to availability.
6. Exceptions:
- Our return policy is strict in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. If, however, you believe there has been an error or quality issue with your purchase, please reach out to us immediately at info@basiic.com.au, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or refuse returns to customers who misuse our policies, make false claims, or behave in an inappropriate or abusive manner towards our staff.
